Is there an active Class Action lawsuit currently? My daughter was accused of tampering with her device and spent 1 month in Clark County Detention Center, and now 6 months in patient in Salvation Army, Las Vegas, Nv. During the time that they accused her of tampering was also the time she was in their office checking in. They claim she must have tampered it before she went in and after she left. They also said she had been drinking. They told her this several days after it supposedly happened. It was too late for a UA to proof she was not drinking. She requested a lie detector test but was denied. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
